I never post about poor Joe!! So, you are all in for a treat, this one is all about Joe!! The past two years Joe's bosses from work have been taking him on a pig hunt!! I think it is digusting, but Joe loves it!! He thinks it is so fun and exhilerating to hunt and kill a pig!! Joe's pig last year was 450 lbs. it was huge, not to mention we had every family members freezer full of pig!!! We even gave a lot of it away to neighbors and our home teachers. This year Joe went for a smaller one that was 300 lbs.
I am not looking forward to our freezer being chucked full of pig!! We will be having a whole lot of ham steaks, Hams, bacon, sausage, and pork chops!! So, be prepared we might be giving away meat again, or we might just invite all our friends and have a luau!!
Here are a few pictures of the hunt, except I left one out for all of you. I figured no one would want to see a picture of the pig slit open with all the insides hanging out!!

I have never heard of a pig hunt, interesting. Whatever makes these boys happy. Those things are huge!!
Hey, we'd be happy to help you eat some of your pig. But I have to admit, those pictures are pretty freaking nasty!
I think you need to save some of that pig, especially the bacon, and we will take it off of your hands when we are in town!! Which by the way I am totally looking forward to, I am in need of a break!! I am fed up with all of the bad news I keep getting!!!
I'm hoping Nathan doesn't hear about this--he might get ideas. At least you won't have to bother buying pork for a while!

That is so random and SICK! I like buying my meat from the store so I don't have to think about where it came from!
