I don't know about you, but superbowl is a big deal in our home!! As, you all know Joe is a huge football fan!! Although his favorite team, "the Raiders" didn't make the superbowl he still loves it!! We had a fun evening with Joe's family, and a ton of food. I wished I took a picture of all the food we had, we always end up with so much food. It was all good, and I love having the leftovers. I tried to make the rolled up sandwiches with tortillas, they turned out soooo good!! I used spinach tortillas, spread onion and chive cream cheese on the tortilla, layered with sundried tomato turkey, spread jellied cranberry sauce, and I used cheddar and Muenster cheese with lettuce. I rolled them up and sliced them. They were delicious!! Here are a few pictures of Gavin and Joe on Super Bowl Sunday!!
Oh, and can I just say that Jennifer Hudson, did an amazing job on the National Anthem!! This was her first time performing since her family was murdered!! She has such an amazing voice, and like me and my mother-in-law said, she didn't try to jazz up the national anthem like some of them do!!

Did you have your party at your house? Those tortilla sandwich roll ups sound good! Was Joe happy with the outcome? I didn't even watch it! Dave did though! We need to plan when you are coming to visit!

I like the new layout! I think the best part of the superbowl was when Bruce Springsteen totally racked himself on the camera when he was trying to be all cool doing a slide across the stage!! LMAO, it was hilarious!
